Our kitchen is a place of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, chopping, and seasoning.
  2. Follow traditional recipes as well as explore innovative approaches.
  3. Cook dishes to perfection, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
  4. Keep a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
  5. Check quality of ingredients, ensuring freshness and sustainability.
  6. Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare meals during service hours.
  7. Monitor stock and place orders when necessary.
  8. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Proven experience as a cook or relevant role.
  2. Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and protocols.
  3. Excellent physical condition and stamina.
  4. Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
  5. Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and a passion for food presentation.
  7. Culinary school diploma or relevant training is a plus.
