From the subtle notes of a well-aged wine to the bold flavors of our signature cocktails, our bartenders craft more than just drinks – they craft experiences. As a crucial part of our dynamic team, we rely on our bartenders to combine knowledge, skill, and personal flair to leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Craft and serve beverages according to Latitude 44's recipes or guests' specific requests.
  2. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
  3. Recommend beverages based on guests' tastes and preferences.
  4. Take beverage orders from servers or directly from guests.
  5. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  6. Engage with guests, sharing knowledge and stories about our drink offerings.
  7. Monitor the alcohol consumption of guests, refusing service when necessary and following all laws and protocols.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  9. Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties, and menu deviations.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Proven work experience as a bartender.
  2. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  3. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  4. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
  5. A genuine interest in cocktails and wine.
  6. Responsible alcohol service certification or ability to obtain one.
  7. Availability to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays.
